Md Fazlul Bari is Co-founder and CEO of Optimum Engineers Ltd. bringing experience with Safety Management & Maintenance Analyst on Elevate global, Mr. Bari Was Fire Safety Engineer in Nirapon & Alliance for Bangladesh Worker Safety. He is Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) from NFPA & also Certified NFPA-20. He Was Completed M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering From BUET. He Was Graduated from Dhaka University of Engineering Technology (DUET) in Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Bari is a member of Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB).

He is a Ph.D. Student of BUET in Mechanical Engineering, He Has Completed Meng. from UMS(Malaysia) in Mechanical Engineering, He Was Graduated from DUET in ME, He is Specialized on Natural Draft Solar Chimney & Evaporation System, He has certified from NFPA-72. He is also Expert Skilled on Fire Protection system, HVAC, MEP & Renewable energy. He is Also Expert on Steel Structured Fire Rating, He is Achieved Boiler Design, Operation & Maintenance Certificate From BUET. He has a Training on Sustainable Renewable Energy From UMS, Malaysia.
